Aluminium & Kitchen Foreman

About the role

DKL Aluminum & Kitchens Installation LLC in Dubai is looking for an experienced Aluminium & Kitchen Foreman to oversee all aspects of aluminium fabrication and kitchen cabinet installation on site. The role requires strong hands‑on knowledge of measurements, shop drawings and on‑site supervision to ensure quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Take accurate site measurements and verify dimensions before fabrication.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, plans and details for aluminium doors, windows and kitchen units.
• Supervise the fabrication, installation and final adjustments of aluminium and kitchen components.
• Manage installers, helpers and technicians, allocating daily manpower and monitoring productivity.
• Coordinate material deliveries, accessories and hardware, controlling waste and re‑work.
• Check levels, alignment and overall finishing quality before handover.
• Prepare daily progress reports and liaise with site teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of practical experience in aluminium and kitchen works, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven ability to lead a team and allocate tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail in measurements and quality control.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
