Analyst I - Advisory

About the role

Marsh Risk is seeking a motivated graduate to join its Advisory team in Dubai as an Analyst I. The role combines process analysis, digitalisation, and data‑driven support for the Energy and Power risk engineering teams across the MEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing workflows, identify inefficiencies and propose digital solutions to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain internal tools and applications, exploring AI and machine learning where appropriate.
• Collect, organise and validate data from risk engineering surveys and internal databases, ensuring accuracy.
• Perform data analysis using Microsoft Excel and internal tools to generate actionable insights.
• Support risk engineers in assessments, insurance submissions and client presentations.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and client meetings.
• Shadow experienced engineers during field surveys to gain practical risk‑engineering exposure.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong attention to detail and a passion for process improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to learn and apply emerging technologies in a business context.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
• Basic data analysis and validation skills.
