About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an enthusiastic Arabic and Islamic Teacher for Abdulla Bin Otaiba Charter School, a mixed‑gender primary school in Mohamed Bin Zayed City, Abu Dhabi. The role starts at the beginning of the 2026/27 academic year and focuses on delivering high‑quality Arabic language and Islamic studies instruction within an American curriculum framework.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Arabic and Islamic lessons for a diverse primary classroom.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment with well‑organised resources and displays.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to align lessons with curriculum requirements.
• Communicate effectively with parents to support student wellbeing and academic outcomes.
• Work alongside curriculum support staff to enhance student development.

Required profile

• Minimum of 12 months teaching experience, preferably in primary education.
• Strong ability to teach inclusively and inspire independent learning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues and the wider school community.
