Arabic Trainer - Forex Industry

About the role

A training institute in the Forex industry in Dubai is looking for an experienced Arabic trainer to develop, deliver and improve training programmes on Forex trading. The trainer runs language-specific sessions for Arabic-speaking clients, partners and employees, covering trading concepts, strategies and platform features. The role reports to the Training Manager / Learning & Development Head.

Key responsibilities

• Create Arabic training materials, resources and presentations for Forex platforms and tools, and design learning plans for beginners, intermediate and advanced learners.
• Deliver interactive sessions on market fundamentals, trading strategies, risk management and technical analysis, using in-person and online formats such as webinars, workshops and one-on-one sessions.
• Provide personalised coaching and ongoing support to traders, and monitor learner progress and give feedback.
• Develop assessments, quizzes and practical exercises, and regularly review and update training materials.
• Work with marketing and sales teams and technical teams so that training fits customer acquisition goals and integrates with trading platforms.
• Keep up with Forex trends and attend industry events, and record sessions and report results to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Forex trading or financial markets; previous experience as a trainer or educator is highly desirable.
• Experience working with Arabic-speaking clients or trainees in a similar role.
• Fluent Arabic (written and spoken) and strong English communication skills.

Required skills

• Understanding of Forex platforms such as MetaTrader 4/5 and cTrader.
• Knowledge of trading strategies, technical analysis and charting tools.
• Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Professional certification in Forex trading or financial markets is a plus.
