Arabic‑Speaking Healthcare Receptionist (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking an Arabic‑speaking Healthcare Receptionist to join our well‑established wellness and medical centre in Abu Dhabi. The role is full‑time and involves being the first point of contact for patients and visitors, both in person and over the phone, while supporting clinical staff with smooth patient flow.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet patients and visitors, ensuring a courteous and professional first impression.
• Answer incoming calls using proper telephone etiquette and manage call routing.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area at all times.
• Register new patients, update demographics, and collect personal and financial information securely.
• Notify providers of patient arrivals, monitor delays, and coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff.
• Respond to inquiries from patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a helpful manner.
• Protect patient confidentiality by securing PHI and logging off computers when unattended.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and fluent English.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a receptionist in a healthcare setting.
• Resident of the UAE.
• Experience with insurance and claims management.
• Excellent customer‑service attitude, warm and outgoing personality.
