About the role
We are seeking an RCM Internal Auditor Cum IP Coder with UAE healthcare experience to accurately translate healthcare services, diagnoses, and procedures into standardized codes, ensuring proper billing, compliance, and documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct audits for clinical documentation with accuracy and compliance.
- Accurately translate healthcare services, diagnoses, and procedures into standardized codes ensuring proper billing and documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in health information management or related field.
- Previous experience in IP medical coding is mandatory.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in medical coding systems (ICD-10, CPT).
