Arabic‑Speaking Retail Sales Executive – Luxury Furniture

About the role

The company is seeking an Arabic‑speaking Sales Executive to work in its high‑end furniture showroom at Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them discover and purchase luxury furniture while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and achieve defined sales targets.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through calls, emails, and follow‑ups.
• Provide personalized product advice, prepare quotations, and close sales.
• Handle customer inquiries, payment terms, returns, exchanges, and delivery arrangements.
• Collaborate with suppliers to monitor order progress and ensure timely stock availability.
• Maintain showroom presentation standards and assist the Branch Manager with visual merchandising.
• Gather market and competitor information to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic with strong communication skills in English.
• Preferably 3–6 years of retail sales experience, though fresh graduates are welcome.
• Professional appearance and adherence to dress‑code standards.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in conflict situations.
