About the role
We are seeking a friendly and dynamic Arabic‑speaking waitress to be the face of our restaurant. You will deliver excellent customer service, ensure a memorable dining experience, and maintain a clean, organized dining area. Fluency in Arabic is required to assist Arabic‑speaking guests effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
- Take orders and deliver food and drinks accurately and promptly.
- Answer menu questions and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.
- Ensure tables are set and cleared efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Suggest daily specials and upsell menu items when appropriate.
Required profile
- Minimum 1‑2 years experience in customer service or food & beverage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
