Arabic‑Speaking Waitress

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and dynamic Arabic‑speaking waitress to be the face of our restaurant. You will deliver excellent customer service, ensure a memorable dining experience, and maintain a clean, organized dining area. Fluency in Arabic is required to assist Arabic‑speaking guests effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive.
• Take orders and deliver food and drinks accurately and promptly.
• Answer menu questions and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming dining area.
• Ensure tables are set and cleared efficiently.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver timely service.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Suggest daily specials and upsell menu items when appropriate.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years experience in customer service or food & beverage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
