Architect – Design & Project Management

About the role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The role involves designing and overseeing the construction of buildings, ensuring they are functional, safe, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present project designs, including concept sketches, detailed drawings, and 3D models.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate feedback.
• Prepare detailed plans and specifications such as site plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to meet regulatory and quality standards.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for timely, cost‑efficient delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with architectural plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and new technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Professional licensure (RA) or in the process of obtaining it.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.
• LEED certification or experience with sustainable design is a plus.
