Cost Analyst / Quantity Surveyor

About the role

El Lujo Project Management Services LLC is seeking a Cost Analyst / Quantity Surveyor to join its Dubai team. The position is centred on managing project costs, certifying payments, handling commercial documentation, monitoring budgets and performing cost analysis for construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and evaluate subcontractor payment certificates.
• Review invoices, variations and supporting project documents.
• Prepare quotations, price‑comparison statements and cost evaluations.
• Conduct detailed project costing and cost analysis.
• Monitor project budgets and produce regular cost reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, contracts and site teams.
• Maintain accurate commercial records and payment documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant UAE construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of payment certification, cost analysis and price comparisons.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost‑management tools.
• Good analytical, numerical and communication skills.
• Immediate availability.
