Architect – High‑rise & Hospitality Projects

About the role

We are partnering with a boutique, design‑led architectural practice in Dubai, renowned for high‑rise hospitality, mixed‑use, residential and resort/masterplan projects. The firm seeks an Architect to join its growing studio, offering exposure to the full project lifecycle from concept through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept designs including massing, spatial planning and design narratives.
• Advance projects through schematic, detailed design and technical documentation stages.
• Prepare complete drawing packages and construction documentation.
• Coordinate directly with structural, MEP and other engineering consultants.
• Support authority submissions and approval processes.
• Assist on‑site with RFIs, shop‑drawing reviews and quality control against design intent.
• Present design work to senior leadership and clients.
• Contribute to material and finish selections for high‑end hospitality and residential projects.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio covering high‑rise, hospitality, mixed‑use, residential or resort/masterplan projects.
• Comfortable working on both concept design and detailed technical documentation.
• Experience delivering projects from inception to on‑site completion.
• Preferably experience in the UAE/GCC market.
• Collaborative mindset suited to a small, close‑knit studio.
