Architect – Interior Fit-Out

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect specialized in interior fit‑out to join HUB District Interior Design in Dubai. The role involves coordinating design, producing technical drawings, supervising site work and ensuring projects meet quality, schedule and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, shop drawings and detailed interior specifications for fit‑out projects.
• Coordinate architectural documents with MEP, structural and civil requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress and verify compliance with approved drawings.
• Collaborate with site engineers, contractors, suppliers and consultants to resolve design issues.
• Prepare BOQ, material specifications and assist the estimation team with variations.
• Review material samples, finishes and mock‑ups for compliance.
• Maintain drawing records, revisions and project correspondence.
• Ensure adherence to UAE building regulations and project specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit‑out, renovation or related projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of architectural construction details and UAE regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of 3ds Max for 3‑D visualisation.
