Architect

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect to develop architectural designs, technical drawings and practical solutions while collaborating with clients, consultants, engineers and contractors. The role involves translating client requirements into functional designs and ensuring compliance with building codes and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations and detailed drawings.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Coordinate designs with structural, civil, MEP and other disciplines.
• Conduct site visits, inspections and design assessments.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions and technical documents.
• Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations and project requirements.
• Identify and resolve design conflicts and technical issues.
• Monitor construction works against approved drawings.
• Support RFIs, variations, approvals and authority submissions.
• Prepare design presentations, reports and project updates.
• Support value engineering and cost‑effective design solutions.
• Ensure architectural work meets quality, accuracy and functionality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Relevant experience in architectural design, construction or consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of architectural principles, materials and construction methods.
• Good understanding of building codes, regulations and authority requirements.
• Proficiency in preparing detailed construction drawings.
• Strong coordination skills across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Creative, technical, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.
• Competence with Microsoft Office and project documentation tools.
