Architectural Engineer – Facade (High‑Rise Tower)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Engineer specialized in façade systems to join our team on a new high‑rise tower project in Dubai. You will lead the technical review and coordination of façade designs, ensuring they meet site conditions and project specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Review and modify façade designs, drawings, specifications and BOQs based on site conditions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants and internal stakeholders to resolve technical queries before and after tendering.
• Supervise a team of architectural and structural draftsmen in producing detailed shop drawings for façade systems.
• Ensure proper integration of façade works with MEP and other disciplines.
• Evaluate material requests, construction methodologies and recommend cost‑effective installation solutions.
• Participate in the selection and evaluation of subcontractors, suppliers and consultants related to façade works.
• Prepare and review method statements for façade installation and obtain consultant approval.
• Attend weekly progress meetings and address critical façade‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on high‑rise tower projects.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor drafting teams.
• Strong understanding of façade systems, materials and installation techniques.
