About the role
We are seeking an energetic Area Retail Trainer to join MAC’s Dubai hub. The role blends makeup artistry, retail expertise and people development, supporting teams across Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions that enhance product knowledge, artistry and selling skills.
- Coach and mentor retail staff to consistently deliver the MAC experience.
- Travel regularly between the three markets to assess performance and provide on‑site support.
- Collaborate with store managers to identify development needs and implement improvement plans.
Required profile
- At least two years of experience as a Retail Manager, Regional Artist or similar retail training role.
- Intermediate to advanced makeup artistry abilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain.
- Proactive, organized and able to work independently while building trusted relationships.
