Area Sales Manager – Coding Machines

About the role

The Area Sales Manager – Coding Machines will lead sales and business development for industrial coding and marking solutions across the Middle East, focusing on pharmaceutical and food manufacturing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed commercial targets in the assigned territory.
• Drive direct sales activities with manufacturing end‑users, especially in pharma and food sectors.
• Identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing key accounts.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, technical discussions and commercial negotiations.
• Support customers in selecting appropriate coding and marking technologies based on production requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with internal technical, pre‑sales, marketing and service teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity records using company sales tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling industrial coding and marking solutions to manufacturing customers.
• Track record of managing key accounts and generating new business in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
• Ability to understand production and traceability requirements and provide consultative sales support.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with engineering, procurement and production stakeholders.
