Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive art education, representing the full richness of artistic knowledge and skills.
• Model values of truth, justice, equality, human rights and compassion in the classroom.
• Engage and motivate students to exceed their own expectations and develop lifelong learning habits.
• Utilise subject expertise, pedagogic techniques and interpersonal skills to make learning enjoyable.
• Integrate ICT and new technologies to enhance teaching and learning across all grade levels.
• Plan lessons that address individual learning needs, styles, preferences and capabilities.
• Foster confident, independent learners and support their personal and spiritual development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve school practices and curriculum.
• Maintain fair disciplinary standards and protect students from abuse, bullying and discrimination.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding student progress.
• Uphold academic honesty and confidentiality in all interactions.
• Participate in department meetings, after‑school activities and community events as required.
