About the role

The SINYAR Explorer Programme is a six‑month, paid, part‑time exploration programme in the insurance sector, based at the Orient Insurance Building in Dubai Festival City. It is aimed at ambitious Emirati talent and combines structured learning with practical workplace experience to build skills, confidence and a professional network. The programme runs Monday to Friday with two shift options (8:30‑12:30 am or 12:30‑4:30 pm) and provides exposure to various insurance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a paid, part‑time schedule (4 hours per day, two shift options).
• Engage in industry‑led technical training covering insurance fundamentals.
• Develop professional and workplace skills through workshops and mentorship.
• Rotate across cross‑functional business areas to gain broad exposure.
• Receive guidance and mentorship from experienced insurance professionals.
• Be considered for a full‑time role upon successful completion of the programme.

Required profile

• UAE National.
• High school graduate (not currently enrolled in university) or diploma student.
• University student.
• Fresh graduate who is not currently employed.
