About the role

Nord Anglia International School Abu Dhabi is looking for an imaginative, innovative, and passionate Art Teacher to join its secondary team. The successful candidate will inspire students across Early Years to A‑levels, delivering the English National Curriculum through creative and engaging lessons.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess art lessons for students of varying ages and abilities.
• Develop a rich, resource‑rich classroom environment that encourages experimentation and artistic growth.
• Maintain high expectations for achievement and monitor student progress.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with parents to support student development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and contribute to the school’s broader creative initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with a passion for art education.
• Ability to engage and motivate learners of all levels.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with students, colleagues, and parents.
• Commitment to the school’s values of support, collaboration, respect and continuous growth.

Required skills

• Experience delivering the English National Curriculum.
• Familiarity with a wide range of artistic media and techniques.
