Artificial Lift Specialist

About the role

The Artificial Lift Specialist provides expert advice on artificial lift technologies to both subsurface and surface teams, ensuring optimal design, implementation and performance across ADNOC Onshore assets.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on the best artificial lift designs, techniques and tools for ADNOC Onshore assets.
• Act as the technical authority for all artificial lift matters and define related standards.
• Identify opportunities for lift design optimization and implement new technologies and workflows.
• Capture lessons learned and best practices, and disseminate them across assets.
• Coordinate with ADNOC HQ, shareholders and other OPCOs to align on artificial lift activities.
• Supervise and train staff, contribute to budget preparation and monitor cost variances.
• Implement department policies, processes and standards in line with company and international guidelines.
• Drive innovation by designing new tools and techniques to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in artificial lift systems within the petroleum industry.
• Strong technical background in petroleum engineering.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and provide guidance to multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills for knowledge sharing and training.
