Assistant Business Manager

About the role

We are seeking a high‑potential Assistant Business Manager to work directly with the management team of a family‑owned entrepreneurial group. This business‑focused role supports strategic priorities, contributes to high‑impact projects, and offers early‑career professionals a fast‑track learning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitor and business analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare presentations, briefing notes and decision‑support materials for senior leadership.
• Structure, coordinate and monitor cross‑functional projects.
• Support business development and digital initiatives.
• Track management decisions and ensure effective follow‑through.
• Liaise with internal teams and selected external partners.

Required profile

• Graduate from a leading business school or equivalent top‑tier institution.
• Up to two years of professional experience in consulting, business development, investment, start‑up or entrepreneurial environments.
• Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organised, agile and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate; a valid European passport is mandatory.
