Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Digital Marketing Manager will support the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Director in shaping and executing digital strategies for a leading Taiwanese F&B group operating across the UAE. The role focuses on social media content, platform management and paid advertising to drive brand visibility and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Drive delivery and marketplace revenue across platforms such as Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon and Keeta.
• Monitor performance, identify gaps and optimise digital menus for visibility, conversion and average order value.
• Maintain accurate bilingual (English/Arabic) menu information and manage relationships with delivery partners.
• Review platform commissions, contracts and commercial terms to uncover recovery opportunities.
• Support paid media campaigns on Meta, Google and TikTok, handling budget allocation, audience targeting, creative testing and performance optimisation.
• Stay updated on platform algorithms, new commercial programs and emerging revenue opportunities.

Required profile

• Ability to support senior marketing leaders in planning and execution of digital initiatives.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor performance data and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills for managing external platform relationships.
