Growth Marketer

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Marketer to own and drive customer acquisition for storage.ae across the UAE. This role goes beyond traditional media buying, requiring a deep understanding of the full growth funnel, data‑driven decision making, and hands‑on performance‑marketing experience in the GCC market.

Key responsibilities

• Own and optimise paid acquisition on Google Ads, Meta and other performance channels, managing significant monthly media budgets.
• Design and test dedicated landing pages for different search intents, ensuring a seamless journey from keyword to conversion.
• Track and analyse the entire marketing funnel, reporting on CAC, CPL, ROAS, LTV and other key metrics.
• Develop and execute a testing roadmap, documenting hypotheses, results and learnings.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the UAE/GCC consumer landscape and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with Sales to align lead quality with actual conversion outcomes and feed insights back into campaigns.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on growth or performance‑marketing experience, preferably in the UAE market.
• Proven track record managing meaningful media budgets on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of conversion‑rate optimisation and landing‑page strategy.
• Comfortable working with data, analytics tools and CRM/sales data to drive decisions.
