Assistant Director - Investigations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, a future luxury resort opening in 2027 in Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking an Assistant Director – Investigations to lead its security investigations team. The role combines operational leadership with corporate investigative responsibilities to ensure compliance and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead operational compliance, develop policies, conduct benchmark studies and manage budgets and resources for the security team.
• Design and execute investigative strategies, oversee complex cases, produce intelligence reports and coordinate with legal and senior management.
• Maintain relationships with government emergency services and regulatory authorities, and ensure investigations adhere to laws and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) are preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of investigative experience in federal, state, city or county roles and at least 3 years in senior management.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and decision‑making skills, with ability to interact confidently with executive leaders.
