Loss Prevention Officer – Ras Al Khaimah

About the role

The Loss Prevention Officer is responsible for safeguarding guests, employees, and assets at The Ritz-Carlton property in Ras Al Khaimah. You will patrol the premises, monitor security systems, and respond promptly to incidents and emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm system, duress alarms, and fire life‑safety system.
• Lock property entrances when required and conduct daily hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and contact EMS as needed.
• Defuse guest or employee disturbances and call for outside assistance when necessary.
• Complete incident reports, shift summaries, and maintain confidentiality of all security documentation.
• Escort unwelcome persons, report vehicle accidents/thefts, and conduct investigations and evidence gathering.
• Maintain professional appearance, follow company policies, and support a safe, welcoming environment for all guests.

• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Capability to handle emergency situations, administer first aid/CPR, and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to follow all company policies and safety procedures.
