Assistant Finance Manager – Dubai

About the role

Magna Financial is seeking a commercially‑minded Assistant Finance Manager to join its Dubai team. The role supports financial management, reporting, compliance, business operations and strategic analysis across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multi‑entity accounting, including month‑end, year‑end and group consolidation.
• Prepare management accounts, financial reports, budgets and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate reconciliations, financial controls and processes across the Group.
• Support and coordinate the work of internal accountants and external finance providers.
• Partner with the Head of Finance & Business Operations and senior stakeholders on financial and commercial decisions.
• Work directly with the founders on financial, investment and personal financial analysis.
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic decision‑making.
• Oversee financial, tax, payroll and regulatory requirements for UK and EU entities.
• Coordinate external accounting, tax, payroll and professional services providers across multiple jurisdictions.
• Monitor key compliance, tax and regulatory deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant finance experience.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and founders.
