Assistant General Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

Atlantis The Palm is seeking an Assistant General Manager for its Food & Beverage concepts. Reporting to the General Manager, you will help drive operational excellence and deliver memorable guest experiences across the outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations ensuring consistent service standards.
• Lead, train, motivate and retain a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Manage food and labour costs, develop staffing plans and own P&L performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and all company policies and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 3 years in a comparable leadership role.
• High energy, positive attitude and proven ability to build strong working relationships.
• Results-driven, adaptable and capable of leading teams toward common goals.
• Strong leadership presence, excellent motivation skills and ability to set clear expectations.
• Solid understanding of financials, cost control and P&L management.
