Assistant HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant HR Manager to support the Human Resources function at Binghatti Holding in Dubai. The role will help maintain and enhance HR policies, programs and practices across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Update job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
• Design and manage recruitment, testing and interviewing programs.
• Conduct orientation and training programs for new hires.
• Carry out pay surveys, job evaluations and prepare pay budgets.
• Train managers on coaching, discipline and performance appraisal.
• Handle employee grievances and provide counseling to staff and supervisors.
• Develop and administer employee benefits programs and educate staff on them.
• Ensure compliance with HR legal requirements and conduct investigations.
• Prepare, update and recommend HR policies and procedures.
• Design filing and retrieval systems for HR records.
• Recruit, select, orient and train HR staff.
• Monitor and appraise HR staff performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or Organisation Development.
• Minimum of 5 years progressive leadership experience in Human Resources.
