Senior Officer – Emiratisation

About the role

The Senior Officer – Emiratisation supports the implementation of Emirates Global Aluminium’s Emiratisation strategies, ensuring the acquisition and development of UAE nationals meet corporate targets. The role coordinates training, development, and placement programmes for graduate and national trainees across operational and corporate areas.

Key responsibilities

• Identify development needs of UAE nationals and ensure training programmes meet those needs.
• Coordinate graduate and national trainee programmes, including placements, internships, and summer training.
• Manage relationships with scholarship teams, business areas, and training centres to track progress and resolve issues.
• Prepare reports, monitor budgets, and create purchase requisitions for external courses in SAP.
• Promote Emiratisation by attending career fairs and attracting UAE nationals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (higher qualification preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in a relevant industry or operational area.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using SAP for purchase requisitions.
