Assistant Manager - Cage

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, the first integrated resort in the UAE slated to open in 2027, is looking for an Assistant Manager – Cage to lead its cage operations in Ras Al Khaimah. The role involves supervising daily cash‑handling activities, ensuring compliance with financial and AML regulations, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily cage operations, maintaining accuracy, efficiency and adherence to procedures.
• Manage and coach the cashier team, including scheduling, training and performance reviews.
• Monitor cash levels, chip inventories and vault operations, ensuring proper reconciliation and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with AML, KYC and other regulatory requirements.
• Prepare financial and operational reports for senior management and regulators.
• Support audits, inspections and internal reviews, and identify process‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in cage, banking or financial services, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of cashiering, cash handling and financial control procedures.
• Experience in large‑scale integrated resorts or internationally recognised gaming environments preferred.
• High integrity, discretion and attention to detail.
