Assistant Manager – Contracts (National Talent)

About the role

Join Dubai Holding Real Estate as an Assistant Manager – Contracts, supporting the delivery of strategic developments across Dubai. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to manage costs, contracts and risk throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and feasibility studies for new projects.
• Manage tendering, procurement, contract administration and bid evaluations.
• Control project costs during design and construction phases.
• Review contractor claims, variations (RFC, ERI, VO) and payment applications.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose cost‑effective solutions.
• Coordinate with engineering, design and construction teams to optimise material and project costs.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Contracts Management or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in contract administration and quantity surveying.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, cost management, procurement and construction law.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
