About the role
The Assistant Manager – L&D will design, deliver and measure training programmes across the GCC for Apparel Group’s corporate functions and retail brands. The role supports career development, aligns learning initiatives with business objectives, and ensures consistent training quality.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, create and implement the annual training calendar for all brands, including in‑store and leadership programmes.
- Manage the training team, monitor conversion rates, and improve training methodologies.
- Develop cost‑effective training solutions and maintain training delivery measurement records.
- Acquire product knowledge of new brands and train the team accordingly.
- Collect and act on employee feedback to continuously enhance training programmes.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in training, HR or retail operations.
- Strong communication, presentation and organisational abilities.
- Proven track record of coordinating and facilitating training initiatives.
Required skills
- Training delivery measurement
- Learning Management System (LMS) usage
