About the role
Dubai Holding Asset Management is seeking a UAE National Assistant Manager – Leasing to support its retail portfolio. You will work closely with the Head of Retail Leasing and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth leasing operations across a range of high‑profile retail destinations.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in budget preparation by providing inputs on vacant units, timelines, terminations and non‑renewals.
- Coordinate with the collections team to ensure timely and accurate rent, deposit and leasing fee payments.
- Perform administrative duties such as document signing, file setup and routine correspondence.
- Support the Head of Retail Leasing and other departments to ensure new tenant proposals meet company guidelines, budgets and receive proper approvals.
- Liaise with the Legal department for the preparation of tenancy contracts.
Required profile
- UAE National with at least 24 months of relevant leasing or retail experience.
- Strong analytical mindset and business acumen.
- Good knowledge of retail market trends and financial management principles.
