Assistant Manager - Parking Services

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager – Parking Services to join its upcoming resort’s Parking Services team. The role supports day‑to‑day parking operations and ensures a polished, Forbes Five‑Star guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing valet, self‑parking and shuttle services, supervising staff schedules and coverage.
• Monitor parking occupancy, traffic flow, space utilization and valet staging to optimise efficiency and safety.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints and recovery situations, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections of parking areas for cleanliness, safety and signage compliance.
• Prepare shift reports, incident logs and analyse data to identify service gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with Security, Engineering and Front Office to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years experience in parking operations or guest services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and shifts.
