Guest Relations Agent

About the role

Suiteable Holiday Homes is expanding its Guest Relations team in Dubai and seeks a customer‑focused Guest Relations Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting guests throughout their stay, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day guest relations. Previous experience in holiday homes, hotels or the broader hospitality sector is highly preferred, with UAE hospitality experience considered an advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth guest operations.
• Handle guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and related front‑office activities.
• Maintain accurate guest records and communication.
• Support daily guest relations activities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field.
• Previous experience in holiday homes, vacation rentals, hotels or front‑office guest relations, preferably in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an organized, proactive, customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work six days per week on rotational shifts.
• Strong knowledge of guest relations and front‑office procedures.
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
