Assistant Manager – Projects

About the role

Dubai Holding Community Management is seeking an Assistant Manager – Projects to support the delivery of mid‑size improvement initiatives across its portfolio of residential and mixed‑use districts. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring technical quality, safety and timely hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of defined projects such as energy audits, BMS/BAS upgrades and common‑area refurbishments.
• Conduct regular on‑site inspections, verify contractor compliance with drawings, schedules and HSE/QA‑QC standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including as‑built drawings, SOPs, maintenance manuals and final inspection reports.
• Log and track project issues and risks, escalating delays or scope changes to the Senior Manager.
• Coordinate between Facilities Management, external contractors and internal stakeholders to minimise disruption to residents.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in managing construction or facilities projects of similar scale.
• Strong understanding of HSE and QA/QC procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously.
