Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition to support its upcoming integrated resort. The role will work closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team to design and execute hiring campaigns for a fast‑growing hospitality operation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement company recruitment policies, processes and best practices.
• Manage job postings across websites, social media and job boards.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to plan recruitment campaigns based on future manpower needs.
• Assist in planning bulk recruitment trips and engage with business areas to understand division requirements.
• Provide specialist recruitment advice, ensure compliance with employment law and use appropriate assessment tools.
• Screen CVs, conduct telephone interviews, arrange interviews and liaise with candidates, stakeholders and agencies.
• Brief agencies on assignments, ensure adherence to best practices and support the onboarding team for smooth offers.
• Complete administrative tasks timely and prepare job offer documentation.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Proven experience leading a team and developing tailored recruitment plans.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and recruitment best practices.
