Learning & Development Manager

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programmes for its upcoming luxury resort in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Execute annual learning priorities and operational plans set by senior L&D leadership.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of programmes within the assigned L&D pillar, ensuring alignment with Wynn’s brand standards and Forbes Five‑Star expectations.
• Supervise and develop Assistant Managers, Executives and Coordinators, handling scheduling, deployment and performance coaching.
• Design, update and maintain training content to meet departmental, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Monitor programme performance through LMS data, dashboards, learner feedback and operational KPIs, and implement improvements.
• Ensure full compliance with mandatory training, audit readiness and documentation standards.
• Partner with operations, People & Culture and other stakeholders to diagnose training needs and deliver targeted solutions, including pre‑opening and large‑scale training waves.
• Contribute to learning technology enhancements, digital content utilization and LMS governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Human Resources, Education or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive Learning & Development experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or large‑scale operations.
• Proven facilitation and instructional design experience.
