Assistant Manager - Talent and Performance

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Talent and Performance will support the delivery of performance and talent development programmes for SEHA, working under the guidance of the Manager and Director. The role ensures that all activities align with SEHA’s vision, mission and business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Performance Management Programme, ensuring methodology is cascaded to all employees.
• Assist managers and staff with performance appraisals and related activities.
• Analyse training needs for managers and employees and support the design and delivery of learning solutions.
• Participate in planning and production of the annual learning and development plan for the facility.
• Provide consulting on career development and oversee leadership development programmes, including succession planning.
• Monitor cohort progress with vendors and report findings to senior management.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in performance management, data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in the healthcare management industry is desired.
• Relevant special certificate or qualification.
