Assistant Manager - Transformation & Business Excellence

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Transformation & Business Excellence will lead the design and implementation of transformation initiatives within Al-Futtaim Technologies' real‑estate division. The role focuses on enhancing processes, customer experience, and policies to drive continuous improvement and support a customer‑centric operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct gap assessments of existing processes to identify performance, compliance, quality and efficiency gaps.
• Develop, map and document end‑to‑end processes, recommending best‑practice improvements and aligning them with the organization’s structure, Delegation of Authority, RACI and policy framework.
• Lead transformation and business‑excellence projects aimed at improving efficiency, customer experience and change management.
• Design and implement business‑excellence frameworks, KPIs and performance‑measurement systems.
• Drive technical initiatives across multiple digital systems to support deployment and digital adoption.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of relevant experience in transformation, business excellence or process improvement, preferably within real‑estate or related sectors.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage change in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
