About the role

As an Assistant Operations Manager – In Room Dining at Atlantis Resorts, you will support the Operations Manager in delivering seamless, profitable room‑dining services. You will help train staff, manage schedules, and ensure that all operating procedures are consistently applied to exceed guest expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily room‑dining operations and profitability.
• Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate employee schedules and manage workforce allocation.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
• Control operating costs and implement cost‑saving initiatives.
• Promote employee retention and a positive work environment.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and drive overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment.
• Previous international experience is preferred.
• Strong team‑leadership abilities and a high level of customer focus.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with a hands‑on management style.
