Area Manager – QSR Operations

About the role

Wingstop UAE is seeking an experienced, results‑driven Area Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations. The role focuses on operational excellence, team leadership, outlet performance, customer satisfaction, food safety, and business growth within the quick‑service restaurant sector.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance across multiple restaurants.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and food‑safety regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and outlet teams.
• Monitor sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and operational planning across assigned outlets.
• Prepare reports and collaborate with senior management on business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven GCC experience in the QSR industry.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and multi‑unit management experience.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business targets.
• Knowledge of multi‑unit QSR operations, team leadership, performance management, customer service, food safety, and operational standards.
