About the role

Manipal School of Commerce and Management (MSCM) in Dubai is seeking qualified academicians for multiple Assistant Professor positions. The roles cover Accounting (with ACCA qualification), Logistics & Supply Chain Management, and General Management. Successful candidates will join a multicultural campus and contribute to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver lectures, tutorials and seminars in the assigned discipline.
• Develop and supervise research projects, publish in reputable journals, and secure research funding.
• Participate in curriculum development, assessment design and academic committees.
• Engage with students through mentorship, advising and extracurricular activities.
• Collaborate with industry partners for internships, guest lectures and applied projects.

Required profile

• PhD in the relevant discipline (Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Management).
• For Accounting role, mandatory ACCA qualification.
• Strong academic record with evidence of research and teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Relevant industry experience is preferred, especially for Logistics & Supply Chain Management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.
