MEA Retail Trainer

About the role

The MEA Regional Retail Trainer will support retail teams across the Middle East, Africa and surrounding regions, enhancing product knowledge, sales techniques and display standards. Based in Dubai, you will develop training systems, deliver sessions and provide ongoing online support to drive terminal sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously optimise a regional retail training system, including materials, videos and assessment banks.
• Deliver training to promoters, supervisors and client store staff covering product knowledge, sales scripts, service standards and store‑visit coaching.
• Create and manage online learning libraries and certification programmes, tracking pass rates and linking outcomes to sales data.
• Provide regional support, travelling to key markets for centralized sessions and collaborating with local marketing and supervisory teams.
• Monitor market feedback and competitor activity to keep training content current and effective.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Minimum 2 years experience in retail training or terminal sales management, preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances.
• Strong ability to develop courses and deliver training in offline retail environments.
• Willingness to reside long‑term in Dubai and travel occasionally as business needs dictate.
