Assistant Quantity Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support our fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role focuses on cost management, contract administration and financial control for construction and interior fit‑out works.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and bills of quantities (BOQs) for fit‑out projects.
• Monitor project costs, ensuring they stay within approved budgets.
• Evaluate variations, claims and final accounts, and prepare interim valuations and payment certifications.
• Review contracts, tender documents and subcontractor agreements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and consultants, and conduct site visits to verify progress and quantities.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Quantity Surveyor experience in the UAE, preferably in fit‑out or construction.
• Immediate availability or short notice period.

Required skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting AutoCAD drawings.
