Assistant Relationship Manager Analyst

About the role

The Assistant Relationship Manager Analyst will support Relationship Managers in building and maintaining client relationships for the Corporate and SWF Desk at the Dubai branch. You will handle administrative tasks, assist with KYC onboarding, and help prepare business cases and proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist RM/GRM in developing and maintaining client relationships.
• Support KYC and new client onboarding processes.
• Prepare business cases, proposals, and review transaction documentation.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, guarantees, and covenants under RM/GRM guidance.
• Liaise with Head Office on client and transaction matters.
• Monitor credit quality and report material risk deteriorations.
• Help prepare portfolio budgets and support economic target achievement.
• Perform other administrative activities related to customer management.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Economics, Marketing, Business or Law.
• Understanding of documentation and operating processes.
• Good command of English.
• Ability to interpret financial information and databases.
• Familiarity with local laws, banking regulations and practices.
