Assistant Restaurant Manager – Dubai

About the role

Creneau Hospitality is looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations at Maison Mathis in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading a high‑performing restaurant team.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily management of restaurant operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Lead, motivate and develop restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and hospitality best practices.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and service teams for efficient restaurant flow.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing and developing restaurant teams in a similar European/French dining concept.
• Strong knowledge of European and French cuisine and service standards.
• Mandatory experience working in a licensed restaurant establishment in the UAE.
• Hands‑on leadership style with excellent guest service, operational and team‑management abilities.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (mid‑level).
