Assistant Room Service Manager

About the role

The Assistant Room Service Manager supports the Room Service Manager in delivering premium in‑room dining experiences at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi. Working within a luxury hotel environment, the role focuses on maintaining high service standards, efficient staff deployment, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily room service operations, including order preparation, delivery, and quality control.
• Supervise and schedule room service staff to ensure optimal coverage during peak periods.
• Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, coordinating replenishment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards.
• Support cost control initiatives and assist in budgeting for the room service department.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in hotel or restaurant service operations.
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards.
