About the role
Learning Spaces Nursery is seeking a female Early Years Trainee Practitioner to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This full‑time role supports children aged 1‑4 years, assisting lead teachers in delivering a high‑quality early years curriculum.
Key responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering daily activities for 1‑4 year‑old children.
- Prepare learning materials and maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe children’s development and record progress reports.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development through guided play.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Required profile
- Female candidate residing in Abu Dhabi.
- Hold an attested Diploma in Early Years, Montessori Education, CACHE Level 2, BA in Education, or equivalent.
- Alternatively, possess at least 2 years of relevant experience with an official Experience Certificate and an attested Secondary School Diploma.
- Excellent command of English.
- Solid UAE experience working with children aged 1‑4 years.
